So this week I spent $33.05 and recieved $127.79 for a total precentage savings of 74.2%. Still not too bad. Also again I may can count more as I'm not sure of the exact savings for Dollar General in addition what I bought there was used for a gift. I took the suggestion of Hip 2 save and many other bloggers and put together a gift basket with household and personal goods that I shopped from my personal stock pile. So the $5.60 at Dollar General were for mostly that gift. While taking all the price tags off everything was on average worth $3 or so I probably included $80 of items in the gift but didn't pay a dime. Also I had a baby shower and ordered two magazine subscriptions for that. Both of these are previous savings already counted elsewhere but were used for something else and I only spent the money at Dollar General for cards and packaging. When you consider all that I think it was a very good week!
