Okay well here is another "grocery store" review. It is really a Pharmacy I am a newbie to the pharmacy game. It is a little more difficult because it requires constant attention because you try to buy things that will give you a "rebate" and use the "rebate" to buy other things to keep costs low. At CVS their rebate is extracare bucks. You need to have there extracare card to get deals and the extracare bucks. Walgreens it is registry rewards and rite aid has their own rebates as well. Right now I concentrate on just CVS, but most sites (like hip2save) will give you deals on all three.
Couponing to Disney has picked a couple of great tutorials to get you started so check them out here:

You can also find a list of good deals on that site.
Another site has deals for newbies choosing ones to keep your out of pocket low (she tries to choose deals $5 or less) and then maximize your ECB returned. So that is a good one to check out below.

CVS now has a tag you can attach to your reusable bag that can be scanned at purchase and will give you $1 in ECB after every 4 swipes. So basically it is $.25 every time you use your own bag. Pretty good deal since I usually use 3 or 4 at a Grocery Store and get $.05 for a total of $.15/.20 so looks like they understand that you usually only walk out with one bag and are trying to make it comparable.
I'm getting even more excited because I have a flexible spending account and as everyone knows medical costs go up every year. I now am going to have a copay for my Dr.'s visits. So being able to save on other FSA eligible products by working pharmacy deals will help me cut my expenses next year.
