In my paper that was delivered to my house here in Waterford, MI Oakland County there was a large red one sheet that has a buy one get one free coupon valid from January 9th, 2010 - February 11, 2010. Check out location here.
Also there was a front pocket that had a Mail in Rebate for Advil. It is a $5 rebate for purchasing an advil 20ct or larger. It is not valid on advil pm, children's advil or advil cold and sinus. It runs from 01/03/2010. There is also a $1/1 coupon here. Hopefully you got these surprises as well and this will turn into a money-maker or a good pharmacy deal.
